If you’re curious about Sound Baths but unsure what to expect, you’re not alone. At Bare Sound, we regularly welcome first-timers to our sessions across Clare.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive group experience that uses sound to bring your body and mind into a relaxed, meditative state. Anne uses instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to create vibrations that gently shift your energy, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep rest.
What to expect:
- Sessions last around 60–90 minutes
- You’ll lie down on a mat, blanket or yoga bolster (bring your own for comfort)
- There’s no effort needed — just listen and relax
- The space is quiet, candlelit, and welcoming
- Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, or more energised afterwards
We currently run sessions in Quin, Corofin, Crusheen and more – always in small, respectful group settings.
