What to expect at your first Sound Bath (Clare locations)

If you’re curious about Sound Baths but unsure what to expect, you’re not alone. At Bare Sound, we regularly welcome first-timers to our sessions across Clare.

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive group experience that uses sound to bring your body and mind into a relaxed, meditative state. Anne uses instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to create vibrations that gently shift your energy, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep rest.

What to expect:

  • Sessions last around 60–90 minutes
  • You’ll lie down on a mat, blanket or yoga bolster (bring your own for comfort)
  • There’s no effort needed — just listen and relax
  • The space is quiet, candlelit, and welcoming
  • Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, or more energised afterwards

We currently run sessions in Quin, Corofin, Crusheen and more – always in small, respectful group settings.
